Choose the path that matches your account
- New agency: create a portal login, submit the agency application and transport authorization, then wait for approval.
- Already approved legacy driver: start migration from Lgrima Partner, create or sign in to the Agency Portal, and confirm the real agency details.
- Driver joining an existing agency: do not create an agency. Ask the agency manager to add you and send a personal invitation.
What is an agency on Lgrima?
The agency is the operational account behind drivers and vehicles. An owner or manager uses the Agency Portal, while each driver uses Lgrima Partner for daily trip work.
- Agency Portal: agency identity, transport authorization, drivers, invitations, vehicles, assignments, trips, wallet activity and settings.
- Lgrima Partner: online availability, transportation requests, driver offers, confirmed trips and driver profile.
- Travelers pay the selected driver the agreed trip amount in cash. Lgrima platform fees are handled through the agency wallet, not a personal driver wallet.
How this differs from the old individual-driver model
- New drivers no longer register independently. An agency creates the driver record and sends a personal invitation.
- The agency manages the fleet and assigns approved vehicles. A driver cannot independently add or switch agency vehicles.
- The agency wallet replaces the old personal driver fee wallet.
- An already approved legacy driver can use the migration prompt to become the founder and an active driver of a new agency.

Before starting, prepare the real agency name, manager name, Moroccan mobile number, main operating city, optional address, and a current transport authorization with its expiry date.

Migrate an already approved legacy driver
Automatic migration is for an approved, unsuspended legacy partner who is not already connected to an agency.
- 1Start in Lgrima PartnerOn the migration screen, select Migrate my account. Do not open the normal Agency Portal signup page separately.
- 2Authenticate in the Agency PortalThe app opens a secure migration link. Create an agency portal login, or sign in to the portal account that should own this agency.
- 3Confirm the real agency profileEnter the operating agency name, Moroccan phone number, city and address. Placeholder information is not accepted.
- 4Create the migrated agencySelect Create agency. Lgrima creates an active agency, connects the existing driver as founder and driver, and opens the dashboard.
- 5Review the resultUse View vehicles to check imported vehicles, then return to Lgrima Partner for driver work under the new agency.
What migration keeps and moves
- The existing approved driver profile becomes the founding driver record for the agency.
- Compatible vehicles owned by or assigned to the driver move into the agency fleet.
- The assigned vehicle remains assigned when its relationships are compatible.
- Existing transport authorization information is carried over when a compatible tourism-authorization document is available on the legacy account.
- The old personal driver wallet records are removed because platform fees now use the agency wallet.
If you are joining an existing agency
Do not create another agency and do not use legacy migration. Ask the manager of the agency you work with to add you from Drivers in the Agency Portal and send your personal invitation.
Migration troubleshooting and security
- Migration link missing: return to Lgrima Partner and start again from the migration screen.
- Link expired or canceled: start again in Lgrima Partner to create a new secure link.
- Link completed by another portal account: sign in with that portal account or contact support.
- Portal account already manages another agency: use the correct portal login or contact support before continuing.
- Vehicle needs review: open Fleet after migration and follow the result shown in the migration success message.
- Never share a migration or driver invitation link in a public message, group chat or social post.
Quick answers before you open a guide.
Can a new driver register without an agency?
No. New drivers join through a personal invitation from an agency. Only eligible already approved legacy partners receive the founder-migration path.
Does an approved legacy driver wait for agency approval?
No. Successful founder migration creates an active agency and bypasses normal new-agency onboarding and approval.
Do all existing vehicles move automatically?
Compatible vehicles do. Conflicting vehicles may be skipped for support review, and a conflict on the currently assigned vehicle must be resolved before migration can finish.
Should I use the same login in both apps?
The Partner app keeps the driver identity. Agency Portal uses its own secure portal login for agency management; complete migration through the link opened by Partner.
